Account Setup
This guide will walk you through creating your account and completing the initial setup process.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A valid email address
- Access to the email account for verification
- (Optional) Social media accounts you want to connect (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile)
Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit the Sign-Up Page
- Navigate to the platform's sign-up page
- Click on "Sign Up" or "Get Started"
Enter Your Information
- Email Address: Enter a valid email address that you have access to
- Password: Create a strong password (at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)
- Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm
Accept Terms
- Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Check the box to accept the terms
Click "Create Account"
- Submit the form to create your account
Step 2: Verify Your Email
After creating your account:

- Look for a verification email from the platform
- Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes
Click the Verification Link
- Open the email and click on the verification link
- This will confirm your email address and activate your account
Redirect to Dashboard

- Business Information: Add details about your business (optional)
- Connect Accounts: Link your first social media account
- Take a Tour: Quick walkthrough of key features
You can skip any of these steps and complete them later.
Common Issues
Email Verification Not Received
Issue: I didn't receive the verification email
Solutions:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait 5-10 minutes as emails can be delayed
- Request a new verification email from the login page
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
Password Requirements
Issue: My password doesn't meet requirements
Solution: Passwords must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Contain at least one uppercase letter
- Contain at least one lowercase letter
- Contain at least one number
- Special characters are recommended but not required
Account Already Exists
Issue: Email address is already registered
Solutions:
- Try logging in instead of signing up
