Account Setup

This guide will walk you through creating your account and completing the initial setup process.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• A valid email address
• Access to the email account for verification
• (Optional) Social media accounts you want to connect (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile)

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Visit the Sign-Up Page

   • Navigate to the platform's sign-up page
   • Click on "Sign Up" or "Get Started"

2. Enter Your Information

   • Email Address: Enter a valid email address that you have access to
   • Password: Create a strong password (at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)
   • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm

3. Accept Terms

   • Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
   • Check the box to accept the terms

4. Click "Create Account"

   • Submit the form to create your account

Step 2: Verify Your Email

After creating your account:

1. Check Your Email

   • Look for a verification email from the platform
   • Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes

2. Click the Verification Link

   • Open the email and click on the verification link
   • This will confirm your email address and activate your account

3. Redirect to Dashboard

2. Business Information: Add details about your business (optional)
3. Connect Accounts: Link your first social media account
4. Take a Tour: Quick walkthrough of key features

You can skip any of these steps and complete them later.

Common Issues

Email Verification Not Received

Issue: I didn't receive the verification email

Solutions:

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Wait 5-10 minutes as emails can be delayed
• Request a new verification email from the login page
• Make sure you entered the correct email address

Password Requirements

Issue: My password doesn't meet requirements

Solution: Passwords must:

• Be at least 8 characters long
• Contain at least one uppercase letter
• Contain at least one lowercase letter
• Contain at least one number
• Special characters are recommended but not required

Account Already Exists

Issue: Email address is already registered

Solutions:

• Try logging in instead of signing up
