Welcome! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to get started with the platform. We'll help you set up your account, connect your social media profiles, and create your first post.

The onboarding process takes about 10-15 minutes and includes:

Step 1: Understanding Your Dashboard
After logging in, you'll see your main dashboard. Here's what each section does:
Navigation Sidebar
The left sidebar contains:
Reputation Command Center (if Google Business is enabled):
- Overview: Google Business Profile dashboard
- Reviews: Monitor and respond to reviews
- Media Library: Manage business photos and videos
- Insights: View review analytics
Social Amplification:
- Connected Platforms: View and manage connected social accounts
- Compose & Schedule: Create new posts
- Content Calendar: View scheduled and published posts
- Performance Insights: Analytics for your social content
- Publishing Status: Monitor post status and errors
Workspace Management:
- Team Members: Invite and manage team members (team accounts only)
- Account Settings: Configure workspace settings
- User Preferences: Personal preferences
- Billing: Manage subscription (if applicable)
Quick Actions
At the top of your dashboard, you'll find quick action buttons:
- Create Post: Start composing new content
- Connect Account: Add a new social media connection
- View Analytics: Check your performance metrics
Step 2: Connect Your First Social Account
Connecting a social media account is the first step to using the platform effectively.
Supported Platforms
You can connect:
- Meta (Facebook + Instagram): Manage Facebook Pages and linked Instagram Business accounts
- Google Business Profile: Monitor reviews and manage your business presence
- TikTok: Post and analyze TikTok content
Connection Process
- Click "Connect Account" or navigate to "Connected Platforms" in the sidebar
- Choose a Platform: Select which platform you want to connect
- Authorize Access: You'll be redirected to the platform's OAuth page
- Grant Permissions: Accept the requested permissions
- Select Accounts: Choose which pages/profiles to connect
- Confirm: Return to the platform with your accounts connected

What Permissions Are Needed?
Each platform requires specific permissions to function:
Meta/Facebook + Instagram:
- Read and manage your Pages
- Publish content on your behalf
- Access Instagram Business accounts linked to your Pages
- View insights and analytics
Google Business Profile:
- Manage your Business Profile
- Read and respond to reviews
- Update business information and media
TikTok:
- Post videos to your account
- View account analytics
- Manage content
Don't worry—you can always disconnect accounts later if needed.
Step 3: Explore Key Features
Now that you're connected, let's explore what you can do:
Content Creation
Create a Post:
- Click "Compose & Schedule" in the sidebar
- Write your caption
- Add media (images or videos)
- Select which platforms to post to
- Schedule or publish immediately
Media Library
Upload and Organize Media:
- Navigate to "Media Library" (in Reputation Command Center section)
- Upload images or videos
- Categorize media (Product, Team, Location, etc.)
- Create platform-specific crops
Analytics
Track Performance:
- Go to "Performance Insights"
- Select a date range
- View metrics like impressions, engagement, reach
- Compare performance across platforms
Review Management (Google Business Profile only)
Monitor and Respond to Reviews:
- Navigate to "Reviews" in Reputation Command Center
- View recent reviews
- Filter by rating or date
- Respond directly from the platform
Step 4: Create Your First Post
Let's create your first social media post:
Quick Start
Click "Compose & Schedule"
- Or click the "Create Post" quick action button
Write Your Caption
- Type your message in the text editor
- Use formatting, emojis, and hashtags
Add Media (Optional)
- Click "Upload" to add images or videos
- Or select from your media library
- The platform will show you platform-specific previews
Select Platforms
- Choose which connected accounts to post to
- Compatible platforms will be highlighted
- Each platform shows a preview
Schedule or Publish
- Publish Now: Post immediately to selected platforms
- Schedule: Choose a date and time for posting
- Save Draft: Save for later without scheduling
Review and Confirm
- Double-check your content, platforms, and timing
- Click "Publish" or "Schedule"
Pro Tips for Your First Post
💡 Tips:
- Start with a simple text post to test the waters
- Use the preview feature to see how your post looks on each platform
- Schedule for optimal times (platform recommendations are shown)
- Save as draft if you're not ready to publish yet
Step 5: Explore Additional Features
Once you're comfortable with the basics, explore:
Content Calendar
- Weekly View: See all scheduled posts at a glance
- Drag and Drop: Reschedule posts by dragging
- Bulk Actions: Select multiple posts for batch operations
Platform-Specific Features
Instagram:
- Choose between VIDEO or REELS format for videos
- Add first comment for links (Instagram doesn't allow links in captions)
TikTok:
- Ensure videos meet TikTok's requirements (9:16 ratio)
- Add trending sounds and hashtags
Google Business:
- Post updates directly to your Business Profile
- Upload photos to showcase your business
Team Collaboration (Team Accounts)
If you're on a team account:
- Invite Members: Add team members with specific roles
- Assign Permissions: Control who can post, respond to reviews, etc.
- Collaborate on Content: Share drafts and co-create posts
Common Questions
How do I know if my post was successful?
After publishing:
- Go to "Publishing Status" to see real-time status
- Posts will show as "Publishing" → "Published" or "Failed"
- Failed posts will show error messages and retry options
Can I post to multiple platforms at once?
Yes! When creating a post, select multiple platforms. The platform will:
- Show compatibility warnings if platforms have conflicts
- Optimize content for each platform's requirements
- Post simultaneously when you publish
What if I make a mistake?
- Before Publishing: Edit or delete your draft anytime
- Scheduled Posts: Edit or cancel scheduled posts from the calendar
- Published Posts: You'll need to delete on the platform itself (we can't un-publish)
How often should I post?
Recommendations vary by platform:
- Facebook: 1-2 times per day
- Instagram: 1-3 times per day
- TikTok: 1-4 times per day
- Google Business: 2-4 times per week
