Analytics & Insights Overview
The Analytics & Insights area centralizes performance data from every connected network so you can evaluate what is working and act quickly. Use the dashboard to review high-level KPIs, drill into platform specifics, and export shareable reports for your stakeholders.
Unified Performance Dashboard
The top of the page highlights the essential metrics for your business:
- Cross-Platform KPIs: Total impressions, reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and review velocity aggregated across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
- Goal Tracking: Configure goals (e.g., weekly review responses, monthly follower growth) and track current progress.
- Alerts: Surface anomalies such as sudden drops in reach or spikes in negative reviews so you can respond immediately.
Each widget links to its dedicated drill-down view covered in Platform Analytics.
Navigating the Dashboard
The dashboard is organized into three main zones:
- Summary Cards: A snapshot of key metrics with week-over-week deltas.
- Performance Charts: Trend visualizations for reach, engagement, sentiment, and review volume.
- Engagement Feed: Recent top-performing posts and latest Google reviews to keep you informed in real time.
Hover over any chart to reveal the exact values and compare to the previous period.
Filtering and Segmentation
Use the filter bar to focus on specific data sets:
- Date Range: Choose presets (7, 30, 90 days) or set a custom range with calendar pickers.
- Accounts: Select individual social profiles, business locations, or compare multiple assets side by side.
- Content Labels: Filter by campaign, tag, or media type to evaluate targeted initiatives.
- Team Members: Isolate posts authored by a teammate to measure their portfolio.
Filters apply instantly across the dashboard so you can answer follow-up questions without leaving the page.
Cross-Platform Comparisons
The comparison view helps you quickly understand where to invest effort:
- Metric Selector: Toggle between reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate, and review score.
- Platform Columns: Review a single metric across every platform to spot outliers.
- Percent Change Indicators: Color-coded up/down arrows surface trends at a glance.
- Benchmark Line: Set your own benchmarks or use suggested industry values to contextualize performance.
When you identify a platform that needs attention, open the relevant tab in Platform Analytics for deeper insights.
Saved Views and Dashboards
Create reusable views tailored to different stakeholders:
- Marketing Summary: Focused on engagement, impressions, and top content.
- Reputation Pulse: Highlights review volume, response time, and sentiment trends.
- Executive Snapshot: Condensed overview with only the most critical KPIs and goal progress.
Click Save View after applying filters to add it to the Saved Views list. Each saved view can be shared with teammates, exported, or scheduled as a recurring email report.
Exporting and Sharing Reports
Generate polished reports in a few clicks:
- Apply the filters that match the story you want to tell.
- Click Export and choose CSV, PDF, or presentation format.
- Customize the cover page, include annotations, and decide whether to attach raw data.
- Send immediately or schedule recurring delivery (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Exports respect the same permissions and data visibility rules as the app, ensuring only authorized users receive sensitive information.
Data Freshness and Limits
- Social Networks: Facebook and Instagram update every 15 minutes, TikTok every 30 minutes, and Google Business Profile hourly.
- Historical Depth: The platform stores 18 months of post metrics and 24 months of review data.
- Timezone Handling: All charts reflect the account's timezone; exports include the timezone in the footer.
If metrics look stale, use Manual Refresh (up to 5 times per day) or confirm that the connected platform tokens are valid in Authentication & OAuth.
